The person who has influenced me the most

The person who has influenced me the most is my grandmother. As a matter of fact ,she is my mothers's mother.

My grandmother is grey-haired,small,old woman. She has a kind face with brown eyes and pretty wrinkles. She is always smilling. That is her appearance but is not a prime reason ,why she is so authoritative for me.So why she is my authority?I can explain it.

Firstly, grandmother is good humored, even sacrificing person. She always helps a lame dog over a stile. Also,my granny is friendly and she is not warringat all, therefore, she has no problems with her neighbours and knisfolks.

Secondly, my grand mother is optimistic, she always looks on the bright side.Equally, I might say that she delights me ,because she periodically does kindness. For example,my granny contribute for housless people, feeds neighbours pets(because several neighbours do not take care of their pour animals).

What is more, when I am next to my grandma I feel cosily and relaxed. She has a beneficent aura.

I has learned from her all this things.I love my grandmother, because she is rose-coloured,sweet disposition and hersmile is beyond loveable and I hope that she will smile for world as long as it possible.

The significance of dreams

Although some people argue that they haven't ever dream, there are those of us who dream constantly, night and day. And while the majority of us say that we can’t even remember our dreams, one thing is scientifically certain, dreams exist. Because the topic of dreams has yet to be extensively researchable, there are still many unanswered questions. True, everyone agrees that dreams occur; however, far more complex is the study of the purpose of dreams. With much evidence, dream researchers have proven dreams to have various meaning and also play an important role in unconscious and conscious human activity.

Dreams are indeed meaningful. Studies of the hippocampus (a brain structure crucial to memory, rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, and a brain wave called theta rhythm suggest that dreaming reflects a pivotal aspect of the procession of memory. When we’re awake, we have to concentrate on being a rational, self-aware, and an accepting member of society. Asleep, our brain reaches into the memory files for image information and experience, weaving these into a story" (Kopecky, 78). Therefore, brain activity while dreaming is especially high. Rapid eye movement from the left to right sides indicates both sides of the brain taking part in the processing of the dream. "All these messages flow to higher brain levels, and they are there synthesized, just as in waking, into a coherent story" (McCarley, 54). Images, words, and thoughts not shown to us during our waking hours, can be seen, heard, felt, or even tasted in our sleep.

In my opinion there is no one explanation what dreams are and why they exist .I think we have to analyse our personal dreams and interpret it in suitable way for us.

Phobias

A phobia is a type of anxiety disorder. It is a strong, irrational fear of something that causes little or no actual danger. A phobia is when you have a strong need to avoid any contact with the specific cause of the anxiety or fear. Coming into contact, or even the thought of coming into contact with the cause of the phobia, makes people anxious or panic. If it's unlikely that you will come into contact with the object of your phobia, for example, snakes, it won't tend to affect your everyday life too much. However, phobias such as agoraphobia and social phobia can make it very hard to lead a normal life.

Agoraphobia causes people to suffer anxiety about being in places or situations from which it might be difficult or embarrassing to escape--such as being in a room full of people or in an elevator. In some cases, panic attacks can become so debilitating that the person may develop agoraphobia because they fear another panic attack. In extreme cases, a person with agoraphobia may be afraid to leave their house.

Social phobia can produce fear of being embarrassed in front of other people. This problem may also be related to feelings of inferiority and low self-esteem, and can drive a person to drop out of school, avoid making friends, and remain unemployed.Although this disorder is sometimes thought to be shyness, it is not the same thing. Shy people do not experience extreme anxiety in social situations, nor do they necessarily avoid them. In contrast, people with social phobia can be at ease with people most of the time, except in particular situations. Often social phobia is accompanied by depression or substance abuse.

There are a lot of types of phobias and each of them can be dangerous so lets try to avoid them and see only beautiful things in our world . ;)
